Welcome to Croatia!
Upon arrival into Zagreb, we'll transfer to our hotel with the remainder of the day at leisure before our Welcome dinner to celebrate our first night in Croatia.

Zagreb (B)
After a hearty breakfast, we'll strap on our comfy shoes and join our guide for a walking tour of Zagreb.
As the capital of Croatia, Zagreb has many historical sights, museums, and beautiful green oases that would delight any
visitor. It is one of the oldest Central European cities and a perfect combination of rich heritage, lively rhythm of street life,
and a multitude of attractions that will awaken all your senses. Our walking tour will include the Upper and Lower town.

Day 4 - Tuesday 7 October 2025
Zagreb - Bohinj (B, D)
Following breakfast this morning, we will enjoy a guided visit of Ljubljana. Ljubljana is known for its beautiful green spaces. We will discover the area on either side of the river with its picturesque bridges and the central market owes its distinctive appearance to the great architect Jože Plečnik. The city of thousands of events is surrounded by parks and areas of protected nature.

Bohinj - Bled (B)
Today we will discover Lake of Bled with entrance to its Castle. Perched atop a steep cliff above an emerald-green lake, Bled is one of Slovenia’s oldest castles. With a history spanning more than a thousand years, Bled Castle captivates visitors with its
magnificence, stunning location, and breath-taking views. In the afternoon, we will discover the Bohinj lake and Savica Waterfall.

Day 6 - Thursday 9 October 2025
Bled - Postojna (B,L)
After breakfast, we will visit the world famous Postojna Cave, Queen of the Underground world. This is the place where you can see the most precious brilliance in the form of a cave formation and also meet the baby dragons! Open in 1872, the worlds first underground cave railway will take us on an unforgettable ride on Postojna Cave's underground train and experience a fascinating subterranean paradise shaped by tiny droplets over millions of years. Just like the world above the surface, Postojna Cave boasts towering mountains, murmuring rivers and vast subterranean halls.
Today we will enjoy a 3 course Lunch in Postojna.

Opatija (B)
The town of Rovinj is the destination of a sentimental atmosphere of the times that have forever gone by. Today we will wander its
narrow streets and small squares, still untouched by modern urbanism. On the seaside, the town is protected by a high
rocky shore and house walls built on cliffs, while the mainland side is protected by solid walls. In the afternoon we explore the
three-millennia-old history of Pula and its Amphitheatre.

Day 8 - Saturday 11 October 2025
Opatija - Plitvice (B, D)
Following breakfast we wil visit Plitvice and discover nature at its most creative. Nestled in the eastern part of Lika, you’ll find Plitvice Lakes National Park, where forests, water, and rock have sculpted a majestic scenery featuring a procession of 16 lakes and
waterfalls formed by the sedimentation of travertine, a unique form of limestone, Croatia’s oldest, largest, and most visited
national park, holds the distinction of being among the very first sites worldwide to be recognised on UNESCO’S World
Heriatge List.
Dinner tonight will be a three course meal at the hotel.

Plitvice - Sibenik - Split (B)
Today we're off to explore the old town of Šibenik with our local guide. Šibeniki consists of 24 churches, 17 palaces, 6 monasteries, museums,galleries, boutiques and many interesting storis to can be discovered while walking through the picturesque streets. Juraj Dalmatinac, one of the greatest European builders and artists of that time, gave his architectural stamp to the historical core. The old Šibenik we walk through today is a stone capsule in which time stood still.

Day 10 - Monday 13 October 2025
Split (B)
Following breakfast we will experience all Split has to offer with a guided tour of this unique town. Traditional and modern at the same time, Mediterranean through and through, but one-of-a-kind and true to its own unique spirit above all else – Split checks all of these boxes and so much more. The South European temperament and the liveliness of the ancient streets of the city will make every experience in Split that much more intense, and the memories of the events organised in this one-of-a-kind location will last long after the dates have faded from the calendar. It is no coincidence that 17 centuries ago the famous Roman emperor Diocletian fell in love with this area and built a palace there, today a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Split - Sarajevo (B)
We will have an early start this morning! After breakfast, we will commence our journey from Split to Sarajevo. Roughly 250 kilometres apart, this drive offers a scenic and diverse experience. The route traverses the picturesque Croatian and Bosnian countryside, with coastal views giving way to rolling hills and mountainous terrain. Sarajevo has a rich history, vibrant culture and warm hospitality. The city's charming blend of Ottoman, Austro-Hungarian, and Yugoslav influences offers diverse experiences, from exploring the historic Baščaršija bazaar to savoring delicious Bosnian cuisine. Sarajevo’s vibrant nightlife, relaxing cafes, and picturesque landscapes, including the nearby mountains, provide a perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. The city's unique blend of culture and history ensures a memorable and enriching visit.

Sarajevo - Mostar - Dubrovnik (B)
You'll want a good breakfast this morning - we're off to Dubrovnik!! Well worth the 5 hour trip but on the way we'll stop to explore Mostar with a local guide who will tell the stories of this amazing town which has been infused for centuries by both western and oriental influences. The iconic Stari Most, a beautifully restored medieval bridge, is not only a symbol of resilience but also provides breathtaking views of the Neretva River. Wandering through the cobblestone streets, we'll explore bustling bazaars, artisan shops and traditional cafés, all while soaking in the unique blend of Ottoman and European influences. The warm hospitality of the locals and the town's picturesque setting creates an enchanting atmosphere. We visit a typical Turkish house, immersing in the Oriental way of living and stunning interior decoration.

Today we have a guided tour exploring the stunning coastal beauty of Dubrovnik, rich history, and vibrant atmosphere! The city’s iconic Old Town, with its well-preserved medieval walls and charming streets, offers a captivating backdrop for exploration. We will enjoy the mix of cultural landmarks, elegant boutiques, and delightful eateries.
Known as 'The Pearl of the Adriatic', Dubrovnik became a major Mediterranean power after the 13th century. This late medieval style
has a significant place in the history of city planning. Although severely devastated by the 1667 earthquake, Dubrovnik has
managed to preserve its gothic, renaissance and baroque churches, monasteries and fountains.

Take your time this morning......we have a lovely day of leisure ahead, a chance to take in all there is to offer in Dubrovnik. Maybe a stroll through its charming streets and landmarks like the City Walls and Rector's Palace. Relax by the pristine water on Banje Beach, enjoy a boat trip to the nearby Lokrum Island, or savor delicious seafood at a seaside restaurant. Shop in local boutiques or sip coffee at a café in the Stradun pedestrian street. For a cultural touch, visit the many museums or art galleries and round up your fabulous day with a sunset sipper.

Day 15 - Saturday 18 October 2025
Dubrovnik - Kotor - Perast - Budva (B)
Tuck into a hearty breakfast for a full day ahead. We will end up in Budva but on our way there we'll join a guided tour of Kotor, an enchanting blend of medieval charm and natural beauty. The UNESCO-listed Old Town, with its narrow streets, historic architecture, and lively squares, offers a rich cultural experience. In the afternoon we'll travel to the picturesque village of
Perast and head 500m off the coast by boat to the magnificent 15th-century church Lady of the Rocks, one of the
most emblematic structures along Montenegro's coast. Later we will visit Saint Tryphon's Cathedral, a striking example of Romanesque architecture. Built in the 12th century, it is dedicated to St. Tryphon, the patron saint of Kotor. The cathedral features a robust stone facade with intricate carvings and two bell towers.

Budva - Cetinje - Lovcen - Njegusi - Budva (B, L))
Fuel up for another full day touring Budva!
We'll start with a guided visit of Cetinje, the Old Royal capital of Montenegro that rests in the midst of the scenic Mount Lovcen. As the area did not go through a huge growth in the 20th century, historic Cetinje is very much preserved, which makes it a small town with a special ambiance. Get your cameras ready for Mount Lovćen and the spectacular 360 degree views over Montenegro from Njegus Mausoleum. We will continue to Njeguši for lunch featuring delicious Montenegrin specialties. Afterward, we'll descend the scenic Lovćen serpentine road, taking in breathtaking views of the Bay of Kotor.

Day 17 - Monday 20 October 2025

Relax and take it easy this morning - your day is ours to enjoy at leisure! A free day in Budva can be a blend of relaxation and exploration.
Stroll Through the Old Town: Wander the charming, narrow streets of Budva's historic Old Town, admiring its medieval architecture and quaint shops, relax on the stunning beaches - like Mogren or Slovenska Plaza, soaking up the sun and enjoying the crystal-clear Adriatic waters. Visit the Budva Citadel for panoramic views of the coast and the town, and explore the small museum within.
Dine at a seaside restaurant or café, savoring Montenegrin cuisine while enjoying views of the harbor.
Take a short boat trip to the nearby Island of Sveti Nikola for a more secluded beach experience and scenic views, or just browse local boutiques and markets for unique souvenirs, and relax with a coffee or cocktail at a waterfront café.
Tonight we'll enjoy a farewell dinner just a short stroll from our hotel. A wonderful chance to celebrate new friendships and experiences.
