Welcome to Sisterhood Womens Travel! Meet with your Sisterhood Tour Hostess and fellow travellers at the Melbourne Airport for your flight to Venice or in Dubai for our Sydney and Brisbane travellers. Sit back, relax and enjoy the inflight entertainment of your airline as we make our way towards Venice.

Welcome to Venice
Welcome to Italy and the beautiful city of Venice! We will be met upon arrival into Venice and transferred to our accommodation.

Day 3 - Monday 14 May 2018
Venice Sightseeing (B)
After breakfast this morning we'll enjoy a walking tour of Venice, a perfect way to get to know Venice, both as a must-do introductory city tour as well as for anyone interested in the city's history. After meeting our expert guide near St Mark's Square, we'll take a leisurely stroll through the streets of Venice, learning about its colorful past through its most characteristic and iconic attractions along with its lesser-known sites. We'll explore the area around Piazza San Marco and Rialto Bridge, learn about the top attractions and stop for photos in front of Venice's cultural centerpieces such as Teatro la Fenice, Scala del Bovolo and Rialto Bridge. Our tour goes for 1.5 hours with the remainder of the morning and afternoon free before regrouping to enjoy a 'must do' 35 minute gondala ride through the famous Grand Canal (Salute area) as well as the smaller canals around the neighborhood of Venice.

Day 4 - Tuesday 15 May 2018
Island of Burano Sightseeing Tour (B)
Today we'll enjoy a visit to the neighbouring island of Burano, with its vibrantly colored fishermen's houses that line the streets. Just as the island Murano is famous for its glassmaking, Burano is famous for its lacemaking. Almost exclusively made by women, Burano lace is the finished product of a painstakingly precise textile craft. Return to Venice with an afternoon free.

Day 5 - Wednesday 16 May 2018
Venice - Verona (B)
After breakfast this morning we'll transfer to the rail station and continue our travels to Verona. Upon our arrival we'll be transferred to our accommodation with the remainder of the day free to start our exploring of this charming city. With it's romantic Shakesperean charm Verona is home to the Guileta Club where love letters to Juliet are answered by visiting volunteers. Here you'll have the opportunity to visit and pen some replies to lovestruck authors. Verona is home to the lively Piazza dell Erbe Square with many market stalls and restaurants to discover.

Day 6 - Thursday 17 May 2018
Free Day in Verona (B)
Today we continue our exploring in Verona. There are many winding alleyways from the Piazza to discover for great food and interesting shops. Tonight, If we are lucky enough there may be a concert on at the beautiful Arena. The Roman Arena was built in the 1st Century AD and after the Colisseum and the Capuan Ampitheatre it is the third largest of it's kind in Italy.

Day 7 - Friday 18 May 2018
Verona - Florence (B)
Today after breakfast we'll transfer to the rail station for our 2nd class rail journey to Florence. Upon arrival we'll transfer and check into our hotel in time for an afternoon walking tour of Florence, a great way to hear about the rich history of this beautiful city and get our bearings. We'll wander through Piazza della Signoria and admire the Palazzo Vecchio and replica statue of Michelangelo's David that dominate the square. Marvel at the outside of Florence Duomo, crowned by Brunelleschi's dome, and take in the sight of Giotto's Bell Tower and the Baptistery with its ornate, bronze 'Gates of Paradise' doors. We'll walk to the famous Ponte Vecchio Bridge the only bridge that was left standing after World War II. Today it is a famous bridge laden with all wares gold and silver.

A free day to take the time to discover more of the Florence Charm. Shop along the Ponte Vecchio for souvenirs and handicrafts, or visit the Uffizi Gallery home to famous artists including Botticelli, Michalangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, Raffaello and more. You are free to 'buddy up' with someone with the same interests and enjoy your day.

Day 9 - Sunday 20 May 2018
Free Day in Florence (B)
Another free day to explore Florence. Perhaps visit Europe's oldest Pharmacy located just a couple of doors up from your hotel.

Today we'll farewell Florence and be transferred to the station for our 2nd class rail journey to Rome. We'll pass by the ancient town of San Gimiginano and the walled city of Siena. Arriving into Rome we'll transfer to our accommodation with the remainder of the day at leisure, with the option to regroup for dinner.

Rome Sightseeing (B)
Today a free day to to utilise your 48 hour Hop on Hop off bus pass, a great way to see the city. From the Trevi Fountain to the Colosseum, Rome's abundant sights rival those of any other city. Hop on and off any stop for amazing photo opportunities and to learn the history of days gone by.

Today another chance to get lost in Rome! You can continue to sightsee with your Hop on Hop off pass. You might like to visit your favourite gallery or throw a coin in the Trevi Fountain. Sorrento - Day Trip to Capri (B)
Today we'll enjoy a full day boat trip to discover the beauty of the Amalfi Coast and the evocative island of Capri. From the Amalfi Coast sail west towards Capri and the magical Li Galli Islands. We'll stop for a swim with an optional visit to the Blue Grotto and free time in the town of Capri, a very cosmopolitan and chic town with shops, hotels and restaurants lining winding streets. Stroll the cobbled streets and soak up the atmosphere. Returning back to Sorrento in the afternoon.

A free day to swim, relax, read a book in paradise or people watch in the . You might even like to treat yourself to a 'made to measure' pair of sandals! Walk along Spiaggia Grande and or mingle with the locals at Formillo Beach. A beautiful way to spend the day!

Day Trip to Positano (B)
Today we visit Positano. Positano is a small picturesque town with splendid coastal views, on the famous Amalfi Coast in Campania, Italy. The town itself is perched on an enclave on the face of a hill and winds down towards the waters of the Amalfi Coast. Naturally beautiful, Positano attracts thousands of visitors every year. All year long, the town is always full of people.
A farewell dinner tonight back in Sorrento to celebrate memorable moments with new friends.
Day 17 - Monday 28 May 2018
Sorrento - Rome (B)
This morning an early start as you make your way to Rome airport by private transfer from Sorrento for your mid afternoon flight to Melbourne. Sit back relax and reflect on great times spent with friends as you enjoy the inflight hospitality of your airlines. In Dubai our Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne travellers will go their respective ways.
