Day 1 - Saturday 1 September 2018
Melbourne - Athens Meals in Flight
Welcome to Sisterhood Womens Travel! Meet with your Sisterhood Tour Hostess and fellow travellers at the Melbourne Airport for your flight to Athens.
Sit back, relax and enjoy the inflight entertainment of our airline as we make our way towards Greece.
Day 2 - Sunday 2 September 2018
Welcome to Athens (D)
Welcome to Athens, upon arrival this afternoon we'll be transferred to our accommodation with time to explore and settle in before our dinner tonight. This evening we will dine in a typical Greek tavern with Greek music and folklore dances in the Plaka area.

Day 3 - Monday 3 September 2018
Athens (B,D)
This morning we will be met by a guide and driver to enjoy a panoramic city tour including a visit to Acropolis. We will also have the opportunity to visit the city centre, the house of Parliament, National library, Temple of Olympian Zeus and the Panathenaic Stadium. After the tour we will be taken to our hotel where after check in with the rest of the day is at leasure for relaxation or further sightseeing. Tonight we'll regroup for dinner in the vibrant and popular Plaka Area.

Day 4 - Tuesday 4 September 2018
Athens - Santorini (B,D)
This morning after breakfast we will transfer to Piraeus Port and embark on the fast ferry for our 5 hour journey to Santorini . Upon arrival we will be transferred from the port to our hotel. The romantic island of Santorini is said to be the most spectacular of the Greek Islands offering some of the most stunning sunsets in the world. The western side of the island is perched on a submerged volcano known as the Caldera. Amazing views can be seen over the cliffs of the shining blue Aegean Sea. Late this afternoon we will meet with a local escort and depart for a tour of Pyrgos, Prophet Elias, the highest point of the island with panoramic views.and Oia village where we will have the chance to watch the famous sunset. Later we will return to our hotel for dinner.

Day 5 - Wednesday 5 September 2018
Santorini (B)
Today we'll enjoy a day of leisure for personal discovery and enjoy the many shopping and further sightseeing opportunities this beautiful island has to offer.
Later tonight we'll regroup for dinner at a local resturant (own cost).

Day 6 - Thursday 6 September 2018
Santorini (B)
Another full day at leisure to relax and soak up the surrounds of Santorini. Grab a friend and try a gyros for lunch, shop for more souvenires, take pictures of this idyllic island, the choice is yours. Tonight we'll regroup and meet for dinner.

Day 7 - Friday 7 September 2018
Santorini - Crete (B,D)
After breakfast we'll enjoy a tour of the Archaeological Museum before continuing onto Mesa Gonia village and enjoy a visit to one of the famous local wineries with the opportunity to tast 3 different local wines. The remainder of the day will be at our leisure until we transfer to the port to take the fast ferry to Heraklion (Crete). Crete is Greece’s largest and southern-most island. This island has everything to offer from mountainous landscapes to a coast with many beautiful beaches and rocky caves. It also features beautiful towns, charming villages and harbours and ruins of one of the greatest civilizations ever, the Minoan Civilization. Dinner tonight at the hotel or at a local restaurant.

Day 8 - Saturday 8 September 2018
Crete (B)
The fortress of Spinalonga is a small island, ,a dry rock of 850 metres perimeter and situated between the Gulf of Mirabello and Elounda. Rich in history, this island is today one of the main attractions of Aghios Nikolaos. With time for lunch in the Plaka and an afternoon free to explore. Dinner tonight is at leisure. Meet up with fellow travellers and enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 9 - Sunday 9 September 2018
Crete - Athens (B,D)
After breakfast and checkout, our tour today takes us to the Palace of Knossos. It is located only 6km from the city of Heraklion and is the largest of the ancient Minoan palaces and the oldest palace to be excavated in Europe. We'll continue to the Heraklion Museum which houses the most magnificent collection of Minoan art and culture in the world. Very unique and beautiful. With time for shopping, we'll transfer to the airport for our flight back to Athens. Dinner at our hotel tonight.

Day 10 - Monday 10 September 2018
Athens - Skiathos (B,D)
This morning after breakfast and checkout we'll transfer to the port Aghios Konstantinos where the ferries leave for the Sporades Islands. About a 2.5 hour drive before our 3 hour ferry trip will allow us to relax as we head towards the Mammia Mia island of Skiathos. See if you can recognise any of the beautiful scenery from the fabulous movie! Dinner at our hotel tonight.

Day 11 - Tuesday 11 September 2018
Skiathos (B,D)
This morning breakfast at our hotel before we depart on a fantastic day cruise to the island of Skopelos. We'll catch a traditional 23m fishing boat "Calypso", fully renovated for passenger cruising. During our cruise we'lll be able to visit some gorgeous places only accessible by boat. We'll be visiting the neighbouring deserted Arkos Island and two of the best beaches on the island of Skopelos including Kastani, a beautiful sandy beach where Mamma Mia was filmed in 2007. We'll have plenty of free time swim and sunbathe with snorkels available. We'll continue onto Elios a 'secret' less touristy beach where we'll enjoy lunch at a local taverna. Our last stop of the day will the island of Arkos with it's secluded beach for our last dip of the day. We'll cruise back to Skiathos in time for dinner at tour hotel. This will be a day to remember!

Today after breakfast, we'll check out and take the ferry back to Athens. The remainder of the day is free for some last minute sightseeing or souvenir shopping.

Day 14 - Friday 14 September 2018
Athens - Dubai (B)
After breakfast and check out this morning we will enjoy our half day tour to Corinth where we will visit the ancient town where St. Paul lived and preached for two years. The city’s remains include the Agora (market place) and Apollo’s Temple (from 6th Century BC). We will also make a stop at the site of the ancient port of Kehries where St. Paul disembarked. After our tour we'll be transferred directly to the Athens airport for our flight to Dubai.
Day 15 - Saturday 15 September 2018
Dubai
Arriving into Dubai this morning we'll be transferred to our accommodation. After check in we'll enjoy a Dubai City Tour before the rest of the day at leisure. Tonight we'll visit the Dubai Fountain to see it's spectacular water show. Located next to the Dubai Mall with Burj Khalifa in the background. With plenty of places to have dinner tonight.

Day 16 - Sunday 16 September 2018
Dubai (B,L)
Today we'll escape the heat by enjoying a full day cruise on a Arabian dhow in Dibba (Oman) from Dubai, away from the busy city. We'll board a wooden dhow boat and sail through the Mussandam Dibba Sea. This full day cruise will give us the opportunity to capture the dramatic scenery view of Arabian Sea. While on board we'll have the opportunity to swim, snorkel, explore caves or simply relax on board with a buffet lunch. A free evening tonight to explore Dubai.
